TERMS OF SALE

Effective date: August 5, 2026.

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Favone Club online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Products are offered under the Favone Club brand.
We work with manufacturing partners to develop our collections and aim to provide accurate descriptions and visuals.
Small variations in color, texture or fit may occur.
All items are offered subject to availability.

Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and apply at the time of purchase.

Every polo is sold at the same price whatever the quantity, and that price requires no code. It is not a limited-time offer and it does not expire.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and currently include the major card brands, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers; Favone Club does not store full card details. An order is confirmed once payment has been authorized.

Order Processing

You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after checkout. Orders leave us within 3 business days. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and refund the affected item.

If we cannot dispatch your order within that time, we will notify you before it expires, give you a revised shipping date, and offer you the choice to wait for it or to cancel for a full refund. If we do not hear back from you, we keep the order and ship it on the revised date. Refunds on a cancelled order are issued to the original payment method promptly, and for a card payment within one billing cycle.

Once a parcel has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled, because transit time is in the hands of the carrier. A parcel that is late in transit, or marked delivered without reaching you, is handled under Lost Parcels below.

Shipping, Duties and Taxes

Shipping is $10 flat and free from $120, which any three polos clear. Standard delivery is 6 to 12 business days.

Your order is Delivered Duty Paid: import duties and taxes are included in the price. Whatever you see at checkout is what you pay, and there is nothing to settle on delivery. In the rare event a charge is still applied to you, send us the receipt at contact@favoneclub.com and we refund it in full.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout according to your state, the way it is on any US store, and is shown to you before you confirm the order.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during launches, restocks and holiday periods.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
Favone Club is not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address details.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect information, the cost of reshipment is payable by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to exchange an item or send it back for a refund.

Exchanges are free: any size, any color, any model, and the return label is on us. If you exchange an item, you keep the price you paid.

Email returns@favoneclub.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid label and the return address, and your parcel goes to that address only. The label is valid for 14 days.

Items come back with their hang tag still attached, in the individual pouch, and in a condition that allows resale. The hang tag is the one condition we cannot waive: without it, a polo is refused.

Refunds

A refund carries a flat $10, deducted from the refund itself and never charged to your card. The shipping you paid on the original order is not refunded, and duties included in the price are not refunded separately.

These are two separate amounts. An example: 2 polos at $45 plus $10 shipping is $100. Send both back and you receive $90. Exchange them instead and it costs you nothing.

We inspect on arrival and refund the original payment method within 21 days of arrival at the latest, usually sooner. Your bank then takes its own few business days.

Where a discount code was used, each item is refunded at the price actually paid, and what you keep stays at its discounted price. We never claw back the discount.

Store credit is not one of your choices: a refund goes back to your original payment method. We may offer credit where a return is refused or a parcel is declared lost, and it works only on this store.

Lost parcels. If a parcel is marked delivered and has not reached you, write to us and an investigation is opened with the carrier. If it is declared lost, we send a replacement where one is available, or refund the order.

An item marked final sale is flagged as such on its product page before you buy it.

A discount code alone never makes an order final sale. A polo bought with a discount code is returnable and exchangeable on exactly the same terms as a polo bought at full price.

There is one exception, and it is always announced in advance. A specific promotion may be run as final sale. When it is, it is written plainly on the offer itself and on the product page, before you add anything to your cart. If nothing told you it was final sale, it is not final sale.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
Disputes should be communicated to contact@favoneclub.com to attempt resolution.
Failing this, the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your state.
