Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 US states, DC, and the US territories our carrier network serves.

DELIVERY AND COST

• 6 to 12 business days
• $10 flat
• Free from $120, which any three polos clear

We would rather give you a window you can rely on than a flattering one we cannot hold. Launches, restocks and holidays can run longer.

IF YOUR ORDER IS LATE LEAVING US

Orders leave us within 3 business days, inside the window above. If we cannot dispatch yours in time, we email you a revised date and you may wait for it or cancel for a full refund. Without an answer from you, we keep the order and ship on the revised date.

Once a parcel has shipped it cannot be cancelled: transit belongs to the carrier.

WHAT YOU PAY

Whatever you see at checkout is what you pay. Sales tax for your state is calculated and shown before you confirm.

Import duties are fully covered on our end: nothing to settle at your door, no broker fee, no surprise. If a charge is presented anyway, send the receipt to contact@favoneclub.com and we refund it in full.

TRACKING

A tracking link reaches you by email as soon as your parcel leaves.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Yes, we exchange, and it is free. You have 14 days from delivery to swap an item or send it back for a refund. A refund carries a flat $10 taken out of the refund, and the shipping you paid on the original order is not refunded.

ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED AND LOST PARCELS

An incomplete or incorrect shipping address is not our responsibility. If a parcel comes back to us for that reason, or is never collected from a pickup point, reshipping is payable by you and the original shipping is not refunded.

If a parcel is marked delivered and has not reached you, write to us and an investigation is opened with the carrier. If it is officially declared lost, we send a replacement where one is available, or refund the order.
